After some (not so) subtle hinting from Christine, I'm giving this whole blog thing a shot, so here goes:

Tomorrow's the last day before we leave for America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride at Lake Tahoe! Riding my bike 100 miles in one day around a giant lake. Woohoo! Simon and I are driving together, leaving on Saturday morning around 8:30, since it's about a 5 hour drive and we have to be there by 2:00 to get our registration packets, and then we'll do a quick 20 mile or so ride, just around the neighborhood, to stretch out our legs after sitting for 5 hours! One of the coaches, Phil, called today to check and make sure everything is all going as planned. I hope so!
